Things people ask

Is there really no minimum order?
No. One hoodie costs £58 and we print it the same week as a hundred. Nobody rings you up to talk you into more.
How fast is it?
Five working days from paying to delivery, anywhere in mainland UK. You see the exact date before you pay, and it doesn’t move.
What kind of file do you need?
Whatever you’ve got. PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF. If it’s too rough to print well we’ll say so straight away, and we can redraw it for £95 if you’re stuck.
Can you send one to each person’s home?
Yes. Paste in a list and we post every parcel separately, tracked, with a card in it if you like. £4.95 per extra address.
Can we pay on invoice?
Card, Apple Pay and bank transfer for everyone, with a proper VAT invoice. Fourteen day terms once you’re spending over £2,000 a quarter.
What if it turns up wrong?
We reprint it. Wrong size, misprint, bashed about in the post. Email us and a new one goes out. No forms, no argument.
Can I see it before it prints?
Yes. There’s a proof on the order page showing your logo at actual size on the garment, and you have two hours after paying to change or cancel free.
What’s DTF printing?
Direct to film transfer. The design prints onto film and gets heat pressed on. Full colour, no setup fee, soft, and tested to fifty washes. Up close you can feel it slightly; it isn’t screen printing and we don’t pretend it is.
Can you match my exact brand colour?
We get close. Usually close enough that nobody but you would notice. If you need a Pantone match, order a hundred or more and we’ll quote you screen printing, which can hit it exactly.
Do you do caps?
Not yet. Caps need embroidery, which is a different machine and a different set of mistakes to learn, and we’d rather do ten things well. It’s next on the list.
Can you remove the background from my logo?
Yes, it happens automatically when you upload. You see the result on the proof and approve it before anything prints.
What about logos you can’t print?
Trademarks you don’t own, hate symbols, that sort of thing. We refuse the order and refund you in full, no argument either way.
Do you deliver to the Highlands and islands?
Yes. Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland are £12.95 a parcel. Same five working days for most of it; the very remote spots can take a day or two more.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are shown without VAT by default, since most of our customers claim it back. There’s a toggle if you’d rather see it included, and every order comes with a proper VAT invoice.
How do reorders work?
Everything’s saved. Your logo, the versions we made, your size lists and who you sent to. A reorder takes about ninety seconds.
