Terms of sale
Last updated 31 July 2026These are the terms you agree to when you order from livery. They’re written to be read, not to catch you out. If anything here is unclear, email hello@livery.press before you order.
1. Who we are
livery prints branded garments to order and sells them to businesses and individuals in the UK. When you place an order, a contract forms between you and livery when we take payment.
2. Your artwork
When you upload a logo or any other artwork, you warrant that you own it or hold a licence that lets us print it for you. We print what you send us; we don’t and can’t check who owns what.
If someone brings a claim against livery because of artwork you uploaded, whether a trademark dispute, a copyright complaint or anything of that kind, you agree to indemnify us against it: the claim is yours to deal with, along with any costs and losses we reasonably incur because of it.
3. What we won’t print
We refuse orders for:
- third party trademarks or logos without a licence to use them
- hate symbols, or anything promoting hatred against a group of people
- content that incites violence or criminal activity
- sexual content
If your order falls into one of these, we refuse it and refund you in full. We don’t argue about edge cases and we don’t make exceptions.
4. The two hour window
For two hours after you pay, you can change or cancel your order free of charge, from the order page or by email. After two hours, production starts.
5. Cancellation after production starts
Printed goods are made to your specification, so once production has started they can’t be cancelled or returned for a refund. This is the standard exemption for personalised goods under UK consumer law. It doesn’t affect your rights if we get something wrong. See our returns page.
6. Placement and colour
Print placement is accurate to ±5mm of the position shown on your proof. Printed colour is a close match to your artwork, not a Pantone match. If you need an exact colour match, ask us about screen printing at 100+ items. Garment colour can vary slightly between dye lots.
7. Everything else
Prices are shown without VAT by default; VAT is added at checkout and itemised on your invoice. Delivery dates are the ones shown when you order. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can’t legally be limited. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
